Haliburton OPP had a section of County Road 503 closed for a few hours on Friday while they tended to a serious rollover. Around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, police, EMS and Fire departments were all called to the scene of a black Chevrolet Trailblazer on its side in a ditch just north of Furnace Falls in Minden Hills Township. A 46 year-old woman and a 10 year-old girl, both passengers, were transferred to Toronto hospitals for treatment of serious injuries, while the 46 year-old man who was driving, was treated at Minden Hospital for lesser injuries. The investigation is continuing.
