A Highlands East man will be in court later this month on a drunk driving charge.
The Bancroft OPP says officers noticed the driver on Highway 28 in Faraday on the night of December 23rd. Police pulled the 65-year-old over, and charged him with driving over the legal limit and driving with a suspended licence after speaking with him.
He will appear in Bancroft court on January 30th.
