A special weather statement is in effect, and Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says tomorrow will start out warm and rainy, with a sharp cool-down in the afternoon. At that point, the rain will likely turn into freezing rain for some time before changing to snow. Coulson says this could prompt a flash freeze warning for the Bancroft area. //www.mybancroftnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Flash-Freeze-1.mp3 Coulson says both drivers and pedestrians will have to be careful due to these types of conditions. //www.mybancroftnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Flash-Freeze-2.mp3 Coulson says up to 15 centimetres of snow is expected to fall tomorrow night and into Saturday. After that, the temperature is expected to stay cold for a good part of next week.
