The local Catholic school board wants to recognize those who contribute to Catholic education.
As part of Catholic Education Week which is coming up in May, the Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board wants to recognize students, staff, and community partners for their outstanding service. The board is currently looking for nominations for a number of awards it hands out annually, including:
– The Adult Volunteer of the Year Award.
– The Archbishop Francis J. Spence Catholic Teacher of the Year Award.
– The Katherine Award, which recognizes charitable contributions.
– The Student Volunteer Award.
Nominations for the awards are being accepted until Thursday, March 8th. Click here to find out more.
