A 90-year-old man is facing charges after trying to get away from police.
It happened in Bancroft on Saturday afternoon.
Bancroft OPP says officers noticed a vehicle driving all over the road, and pulled it over. The driver stopped twice, but drove away as officers got out to talk to him. Eventually, he was caught at a local business.
The Bancroft man now faces charges for failing to stop for police, failing to wear a seat belt, and failing to surrender ownership. He will appear in Bancroft court on April 3rd.
