You can help support those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia in North Hastings this weekend.
The 8th annual Walk for Alzheimer’s in Bancroft is coming up on Saturday. Alzheimer’s Society of Hastings and Prince Edward Education and Support Coordinator Sarah Krieger says all funds raised during the event will be used locally.
Krieger says the walk is a feel good fundraiser, but there is also so much more.
The Walk for Alzheimer’s will be held at the Hastings Centennial Manor from 9:30am until 11:00am on Saturday. Registration starts at 9:00am.
