Bancroft could be pitching a regional community safety and well-being strategy to other communities in North Hastings.
Deputy Mayor Charles Mullett says he would be open to discussing the idea with councils in Carlow-Mayo, Faraday, Hastings Highlands, Limerick, Tudor and Cashel, and Wollaston. The idea will be part Wednesday’s Bancroft Community Safety and Well-Being Committee meeting, which starts at 9:30am at the town office. Click here to see the full agenda.
Bancroft first introduced its own community safety and well-being plan in June, 2016. Mullett has said it’s meant to bring local organizations that help people together, and reduce crime in town.
