If your child doesn’t have up-to-date vaccination records, they could be suspended from school.
The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board says immunization notices have been sent home with some students. If you’re child gets a letter from Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health, it means their immunization records aren’t up-to-date.
The board says it’s important to get your child’s vaccination records updated as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you are being encouraged to call the health unit at (613) 966-5500.
