Film crews will be rolling into Bancroft in March to start shooting an independent movie.
Bancroft Council was made aware of it earlier today. CAO Hazel Lambe says this is an exciting opportunity for the town.
Lambe says it could have economic and promotional benefits for the town.
The movie will be called ‘The Manhattan Project.’ The filmmakers say they hope to have it ready by June so it can be entered into the Toronto International Film Festival. Click here to find out more.
