The Old Hastings Snow Riders is concerned the end of the snowmobiling season may be on the horizon.
Director Dave Grant says the club has had to close all of its trails due to the recent rain. Because of that, Grant says all riders should stay off them.
Grant says this is one of the worst snowmobiling seasons the club has ever had. Grant says the club will need quite a bit of snow and cold weather to get trails open again, but the forecast doesn’t look good.
If this is the end of the sledding season, Grant says the club will be working on its trails throughout the summer to have them ready for next winter.
