Drugs and tobacco have led to the arrest and charging of two residents of Verona. OPP used a warrant to search a home in Verona on Friday and they seized Marihuana and Hydromorphone pills, a large quantity of contraband tobacco and cash. Police estimate the value of the drugs at $1,400. The suspects, a 55 year-old woman and a 62 year-old man, now face charges of possession of Marihuana and Hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking.
