Haliburton Highlands Health Services will be in Wilberforce next week.
HHHS will be hosting a speaker’s forum for Highlands East residents wanting to learn about services and programs available to help seniors maintain their independence at home. Health Services Community Support Services Vice-President Stephanie McLaren says attendees will learn about a variety of initiatives.
There will also be speakers from Supportive Housing and Assisted Living, as well as a representative from the Central-East Local Health Integration Network. The forum will be at the Mapleview Apartments in Wilberforce on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
