The OPP is investigating human remains found in Highlands East as a double homicide.
In January, the remains of 34-year-old Ghislain (Justin) Robichaud and 35-year-old Diedra Ann Smith, both from St. Catharines, were found near Glamor Lake Road.
On February 21st, the Haliburton Highlands Crime Unit searched a home in the St. Catharines area for evidence. Police also seized a vehicle for a forensic examination.
