Ontario Liberal Party names candidate for local riding

A candidate has been named to represent Ontario’s Liberal Party in the Hastings-Lennox & Addington riding.

Tim Rigby will be on the ballot for the Liberal party during June’s provincial election. Rigby says he feels really great about taking on the role.

Rigby says he wants to make sure that everything is done to help those in the riding now and into the future.

Rigby is a high school teacher in the Limestone District School Board. He lives near Moscow, on the outskirts of Napanee. Rigby says his family has lived in the riding for many generations.

The provincial election will be held on June 7th. The PC Party has selected Darryl Kramp as its candidate for the riding, while Nate Smelle will represent the NDP.
