The HKPR District Health Unit has reported Your local health unit wants everyone to get vaccinated against the flu this year. Your family doctor, local pharmacies and Health Teams are all available to give you a vaccination. All you need is your Health card. Here are a few tips from the Health Unit to help prevent spreading the flu:
· Wash your hand thoroughly and often
· Sneeze and cough into your sleeve
· Eat well, get plenty of sleep and be physically active on a regular basis to keep the immune system strong
· If you are sick, stay home from work and holiday parties.
