Central Hastings O.P.P has laid charges after getting a complaint of multiple assaults. Police received the complaint late last week from a woman who claims to have been assaulted several times between December 1st and 17th. The assaults apparently took place at a home in Madoc shared with the victim’s common-law spouse. Police have charged a 43 year-ld Madoc man with three counts of Assault, as well as choking, domestic mischief and failing to comply with a probation order.
