Charges of care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired and care and control of a motor vehicle with a blood/alcohol rating over 80 have been brought against a 24 year-old Hastings Highlands man. Bancroft OPP found him inside his truck parked near Enterprise Court in Hastings Highlands early New Year’s morning. The accused is due in a Bancroft court in February to answer the charges.
