The North Kawartha Knights have big hopes for their most recent acquisition. The Knights have signed 18 year-old Brent Bucknell, a former power forward for the Peterborough Petes. Bucknell sat out the 2014 season and is now ready to return. Known for his straight ahead play and scoring touch, Bucknell will be a welcome addition to the Knights. The Knights play two games this weekend; on Friday they play in Uxbridge and on Saturday they host their rivals, the Lakefield Chiefs. That game time goes at 7:20 p.m.
