A woman has survived to destruction of her home after a fire erupted early Wednesday morning. The home was on Marble Point Road, along Crowe Lake, just north of Marmora. Twenty-seven fire fighters from Marmora and Lake and Stirling-Rawdon Townships were called out around 1:00 a.m. yesterday. The victim did suffer some smoke inhalation, but did not go to hospital.
