The Annual General Meeting of the Bancroft Business Improvement Area (BBIA) was held on Thursday morning. The BBIA presented its proposed plans for the coming year and a draft budget to support those plans. Some of the propose plans include continuation of the beautification of the Business Improvement Area, along with marketing strategies to promote the business area as a shopping destination. There will also be more emphasis on communication with both the BBIA members and the general public, and a focus on strengthening the governance of the BBIA.
