Your last opportunity to safely dispose of hazardous waste in Bancroft is coming up this weekend.
This Saturday you will be able to drop off the following items at the Dungannon Waste Disposal Site at 164 Pinnacle Road between 9 AM and 2 PM:
- Batteries
- Lighter fluid
- Chlorine bleach
- Medicine
- Floor & Furniture polish
- Propane tanks
- Pool chemicals
- Pesticides
- Drain declogger
- Stain remover
They will not accept:
- Explosives
- Fireworks
- Ammunition
- PCB wastes
- Waste from businesses
- Helium
- Freon tanks.
