A Western Australia man has been fined for an offence under the Public Lands Act.
Greg Joyce of Mosman Park in Western Australia has been fined $1,200 for constructing a trail on Crown land without a work permit.
Joyce built the trail between April 1st and November 9th of 2016. He made the trail to connect his private property South of Minden across to Snowden Township.
The case was heard in the Ontario Court of Justice in Kawartha Lakes on July 16th.
