UPDATE #7 – 11:45 AM: Hydro One now expects power to be fully restored by 2:15 this afternoon.
UPDATE #6 – 10:45 AM: Less than 20 customers now reported to be without power in the Bancroft area, according to Hydro One.
UPDATE #5 – 10:20 AM: 771 now reported to be not have power, according to Hydro One.
UPDATE #4 – 9 AM: Hydro One is now reporting 946 are without power in the Bancroft area. The area affected the most is North of Birds Creek.
UPDATE #3 – 8:05 AM: Power has been restored to some customers. 462 customers are now without power in the Bancroft area.
UPDATE #2 – 8 AM: Hydro One now says that power is expected to be fully back on by 4 PM today.
UPDATE #1 – 6:45 AM, 07/27: Hydro One is now estimating 737 customers are without power in the Bancroft area. They still expect to have power back on by Noon today.
Hydro One expects power to be back on fully in the Bancroft area by Noon today.
According to Hydro One’s power outage map there are still over 400 customers without power in the Bancroft area.
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
