Conservatives in Hastings-Lennox and Addington are gearing up for the Federal election.
Two potential candidates have already publically announced their intention to vie to become the Conservative candidate for Hastings-Lennox and Addington in next year’s Federal election. Belleville councillor Jackie Denyes and Mark Hanley, Hasting County’s Small Business Coordinator, put their names forward towards the end of October.
A third candidate has now thrown his hat in the ring: Michael Collins, a lawyer and trademark agent.
The Conservative party will hold their nomination meeting on December 8th at Tweed Elementary School. The candidate chosen will face-off against Liberal Mike Bossio in the 2019 Federal election planned for October.
