Another name has stepped forward to potentially go up against Liberal Mike Bossio in the 2019 federal election.
Lawyer Derek Sloan is the latest Conservative candidate to seek the nomination. He joins Belleville councillor Jackie Denyes and Mark Hanley, Hasting County’s Small Business Coordinator and former lawyer and Michael Collins, a lawyer and trademark agent.
The Conservative party will hold their nomination meeting on December 8th at Tweed Elementary School. The candidate chosen will face-off against Bossio in the 2019 Federal election planned for October.
