Veolia Water Canada Inc. will be starting their fall water main flushing and hydrant maintenance program on Monday, November 19th, 2018 at 10 PM.
Veolia will be removing sediment accumulation within the water mains, as well as preparing hydrants for the coming winter months.
It is suggested, if you experience discoloured water or lower water pressure, to let cold water run for a few minutes from a tap each morning until any discoloured water clears from your plumbing.
Their users’ notice also mentions that not everyone will experience these issues and that it is impossible to predict which locations and customers will be affected by this maintenance.
