The Bancroft Business Improvement Area’s board has chosen its new chair. Jody Didier is the new chairperson and Joan Grant, now in her second term on the board, is the new vice-chair. Both accepted their nominations at the meeting last week. They have drafted new terms of reference after the board collaborated with the Town of Bancroft to research Business Improvement Areas across Ontario. BBIA members will now have their chance to vote on the terms at a meeting March 17. It’ll run from 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. in the morning at Club 580.
