Centre Hastings OPP charged a Madoc driver for being unlicenced, having the wrong plates on his vehicle and no insurance Wednesday. The driver was stopped during an afternoon RIDE program near Marmora. The vehicle was towed. A 31-year old man has a court appearance in Belleville next month.
