LCBO Customer Refused Service, Charged with Impaired

A Bobcaygeon man faces a list of driving charges after an LCBO worker refused to serve him for being intoxicated Thursday.  The employee called the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP after the man appeared impaired and then drove away.  The 83-year old man was arrested and charged with: impaired driving, driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood and driving with a disqualified licence.  His vehicle was towed and impounded for 45 days.
