At Bancroft council Tuesday afternoon, there were multiple changes made to the town’s staff.
Along with being Bancroft’s Fire Chief, Pat Hoover has been assigned to be the Manager responsible for the building and by-law department, while Matt Musclow was named as the Deputy Fire Chief and Fire Prevention Officer. Perry Kelly will stay on as the Public Works Manager, but will also become the Manager responsible for Water and Waste Water and Veolia Contract oversight.
Melissa Dynes was named the Deputy Treasurer while Lianne Sauter sheds the ‘acting’ tag and becomes the Town of Bancroft’s Clerk.
Deputy Mayor Charles Mullet said the appointments were all “housekeeping matters” since the people assigned to these roles have already been unofficially doing jobs related to their new positions for a while.
