Catering by Nikos has been chosen as the new food services provider for Peterborough’s airport. The announcement came Monday after the family-operated Toronto business responded to the Request for Proposals back in November 2014. The current food provider will stay at the airport until March 31. The airport will have coffee and tea in the lobby until Catering by Nikos takes over April 17.
