The Bancroft OPP’s annual distracted driving campaign wrapped up last week and 12 charges were handed out to drivers who were on their phones. The OPP say the campaign aims to not only lay charges, but to also educate on the dangers of driving while distracted. They’re reminding drivers to pull over to the side of the road if they need to use their phone.
