Thirteen local teams competed in a homecoming hockey tournament over the weekend. Stainless Equipment beat the Maynooth Ranchers 5-2 in the B recreation division. The 1985 Juvenile Jets won 2-1 over the 1995 Midget Jets in overtime to take the A recreation title. It was the Road Runners 2, the 2011 Midget Jets 0. There were 23 games in all. The North Hastings Arena Commission thanks the arena, fans, players and their families for the support.
