“The majority of funds by far go to the everyday individual:” Kramp addresses critics’ comments of federal budget

The federal budget was released on Tuesday and Prince Edward-Hastings Conservative MP Daryl Kramp says it’ll make a difference in the lives of residents right here in Bancroft.  He says that everyone – from families to students – will benefit from the tax cuts laid out in the Conservative budget.  He says rural businesses are facing rising operational costs and that seniors are trying to save for retirement, two groups that’ll greatly benefit in North Hastings.  But opposition members are slamming the budget for catering to the wealthy and not caring for everyday Canadians.  Kramp says these comment simply aren’t true.

He says this budget is about investing in the future while still balancing the books, meaning less interest that the government has to pay in the coming years.
