UPDATE @ 2 PM: Bancroft OPP said the crash happened on Sunday, but it happened on Saturday.
Bancroft OPP responded to a snowmobile crash on Hamilton Bay Trail in Hastings Highlands around 3:30 PM on Saturday.
Soon after officers arrived with Hastings County Paramedics, they pronounced 61-year-old Terry Pridham of Angus, Ontario dead at the scene.
The OPP East Region report on their Twitter account that the single-vehicle crash happened when Pridham hit a tree along the trail.
An investigation is on-going by the Bancroft OPP, an OPP Technical Collision Investigator and an OPP Collision Reconstructionist.
