A Frankford man is due in Belleville court next month after the OPP stopped a vehicle in a ride check Saturday night. The Centre Hastings OPP say it appeared that the 31-year old driver of the vehicle had been drinking alcohol and then he failed a roadside screening test. He was arrested and charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. His vehicle was impounded for seven days and his licence was suspended for 90 days.
