A Whitby woman is due in Belleville court this month after being pulled over during an OPP R.I.D.E. program near Marmora last week.
The Centre Hastings OPP say the 44-year old driver failed a breathalyzer test and was charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in her blood. Her licence was suspended for 90 days and her car was impounded for seven days.
