The second edition of the “go-to book” for anyone looking to fish in the Bancroft area has been released.
Chair of the Bancroft Area Stewardship Council Ian Hendry says the Stocked Lakes Guidebook is a must-have with over 140 lakes in the area mapped out. Also included will be information about size, depth, GPS coordinates and species with recent stocking information from the MNRF.
He says new this year is a two-page map that gives detailed information on all the lakes, including where you need to go to get access to them.
“This book does everything for you,” Hendry says. “The only thing it doesn’t do is put the fish in the boat.”
