The Bancroft Family Health Team is going back to phone appointment only, as the second wave of COVID-19 hits.
If you are booked for an in-person appointment, Executive Director of the team Sandra McGrath says to check first by phoning them. She says that while physicians can see people in person, there will be very few exceptions. McGrath says unless you hear otherwise, assume you have a phone-in appointment only.
She also urges residents to limit social access to just your household, continue sanitizing your hands and maintain physical distancing.
