Quinte Healthcare Welcomes New CEO

The Quinte Healthcare Board of Directors has announced a new CEO.

The new CEO, Stacey Daub will begin her new role on January 4th of next year. Daub says that she is ready to take on a very diverse community. She also says that community outreach is one of her main goals

David MacKinnon, the current chair of the Board of Directors, calls Daub a visionary health care leader. He says she demonstrates a strong track record and believes in developing strong partnerships and working with the community.
Duab was the President and CEO of Headwaters Health Care Centre before being hired by QHC, where she helped to co-design the Hills of Headwaters collaborative, a first-generation Ontario Health Team. Duab was also the CEO of the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre.  Duab has an MA from University of Waterloo, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
The former CEO, Mary Clare Egberts, agreed to stay on longer due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and will resign her post at the end of the year.
