Below Average Snowpack Meaning Less Risk of Severe Spring Flooding, says MNRF

For those wondering about how bad flooding will be during the spring, there is a ray of hope.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has said the amount of water in the snowpack is below average for mid-January in the Bancroft Area. Environment Canada has said that precipitation has been average so far this winter.
