Bancroft and Area Kids in Need have announced the results of their fundraising over the holidays.
They say that between online giving and gifts donated through stores, they were able to raise $16,000. They also say that their snowsuit drive was a great success, with 170 kids getting snowsuits and coats this year.
KIN would like to thank the OPP, Bancroft Fire department, The Rockhounds as well as dozens of businesses and organizations in the area. They say the whole community came together to make this happen.
