A fake animal control vehicle that has been reported around Centre Hastings and Kingston hasn’t been spotted in Bancroft.
Bancroft OPP Community Safety Officer Brian Goodwin says recent records show no similar incidents in our area.
The older-model white van was last seen in Tweed and had a purple sign saying “animal control” on it. The OPP says it has no affiliation with municipal animal control or the Quinte Humane Society.
