The Township of Madawaska Valley has released its weekly update on the Opeongo Line/Connecting Link project.
It says crews will remove the north curb while installing a curb from St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church to Sandhill Drive.
The north side will also see interlocking stone installed and the cobblestone corners completed by the end of the week. Road grade preparation is continuing between Tim Hortons and Arena Road. The left turning lane at Tim Hortons will also be paved this week. Concrete pours and asphalt will continue to be done around town.
