Four Hastings Highlands waste sites that are normally open will stay that way on Canada Day.
Sand Bay, Musclow Greenview, East Lake and South Baptiste Lake sites will be open from noon until 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
Curbside pick-up in Bancroft doesn’t happen on statutory holidays. On these days, the Dungannon landfill at 164 Pinnacle Street is also closed.
