It is another act of charity from the local ATV group.
The Coe Hill Riders ATV Club has been able to purchase 50 $25 grocery gift cards and donate them to several local food banks. They were able to donate these gift cards to the Tri-Township Food Basket and the Maynooth and Area Food Bank.
Club President Darren Stevens says although the riding season has ended, they still remain committed to serving the community of North Hastings. Norm Lewis, event coordinator and organizer of the drive, says the Club is very grateful to all donors.
It’s just the latest of a long string of fundraisers put on by the ATV Club. In 2021, the group was able to fundraise for the Tri-Township Food Basket and the Wollaston Library.
