The last lockdown has spurred some changes for A Place for the Arts (APFTA) in Bancroft.
Gallery staff has said they have spent the last month organizing and refurbishing the location. The interior of the location on Bridge Street has been repainted and redone. APFTA thanks the volunteers for doing the renovations.
In addition, the executive of APFTA has added new people, updated their constitution, and forged a stronger relationship with the Art gallery of Bancroft. They also redeveloped their website and expanded their social media to help promote their artists.
A Place for the Arts will open its doors on Friday, February 11th. They will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM until 4 PM.
