The Bancroft OPP charged an ATV driver with impaired driving in the Township of Limerick recently.
The OPP says the male driver and female passenger were found on an ATV without helmets on Highway 62 near St. Ola Road on Saturday.
The driver was arrested and taken to the detachment where he provided a breath sample. The 48-year old male driver was released and is due for his first appearance in court July 28.
