OPP says they were called to an incident that led to indecency charges.
Police responded to a report of an unwanted person at a business on Hastings Street North in Bancroft on Thursday, March 17th. After an investigation, a 58-year-old was found to have engaged in an indecent act.
The Toronto resident was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on April 12th. He has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.
