Cardiology services are returning to Bancroft.
According to the Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Medical Officer of Health Dr. Ethan Toumoushi, the Kawartha Cardiology team will provide services from the public health offices. The team will offer services one day per month, and can see up to 30 clients each day. Toumoushy says this is thanks to the Bancroft Family Health Team.
Meanwhile, The COVID-19 numbers are heading in the right direction, according to Hastings Prince Edward Public Health. Dr. Toumishey, says the number of high-risk cases in their district is down from 357 to 39.
